hola pompi, como esta?
I woke up this Wednesday and couldn't hide my excitement for our trip to Mexico City! our tour guide Gabiota had sent us an plan for the activities and also what to pack, its good when someone else do the thinking for you.
she, Gabiota, met up with us at the airport, the flight which before arriving to MEX offered one of the most spectacular views i have ever seen. surrounded by high mountain peaks was the biggest city I've ever seen spreading out, truly amazing.
i found it fascinating that a city with a population above 20 million can have 40 million cars in movement all the time, the roads was like long straights of parking. the sightseeing spots was as impressive as the Mexican history. i honestly believe that i know more about Mexico's history now then the Swedish....but beside the cultural exhibition that we where on we also dived deep into the food and drinking cultura of the country. of course! Mexico offers so much more the just tacos, tequila, and cerveza. we spent hours and hours on eating and drinking. we had the graetest food i have eaten for a long time, probably because i live in Burger-land. and the drinks were as diverse as they were strong. we loved it. and when the spiciest of all food arived to the table me and Cris coulden't resist to have a dareing competition. the small pieces of fish transformed into small pieces of fire!!...our faces turned red, our lips, thoungs, and entire mouths were numb.
a great planed trip by gabi, muchas gracias. but this is all that you readers get to know, because what stays in Mexico City, happens in Mexico City!
hasta luego!
